HelpConsole 2007
Online Demos

Click on the 'Run Demo' buttons to run any of the following interactive demos. These demos will give you an idea of how the help authoring design environment works, and demonstrates many of the features and functions of the software.

Web-Based Help Editor
HelpConsole is completely web-based which means that you can run it on your desktop computer, or you can host it on your website or company intranet to provide a centralized authoring environment that can be accessed from anywhere.

This demo opens a Help project in edit mode.

Dynamic Help System
This is an example of a dynamic help system. Dynamic Help Systems are normally located on your website, and support in-place editing, which means that you can quickly make updates right from your website from wherever you happen to be. Dynamic Help Systems also contain dynamic elements such as 'Most Popular Pages', conditional content by skin, etc.

Static Help System
This is an example of a published help system. This help system is in a pure HTML format and can be bundled with your software application, distributed on a CD, added to your website, etc.

PDF Manual
This is an example of a PDF Manual. PDF Documents can be bundled with your software application, distributed on a CD, published on your website, etc.

Context Sensitive Help
By implementing context-sensitive help into your Windows or web-based application, users can quickly get help for a specific function or feature that they're currently using. The easier it is for users to access the help that they're looking for, the happier they will be and the fewer support calls your support team will receive.

This demo shows examples of context sensitive help at the application level, form level and field level.

Interface Skins
This demo shows examples of skins that can be applied to your help system. Any of the standard skins can be customized to include your company colors and logos using the integrated skin editor.
