In order to support very old browsers such as Internet Explorer 1.0 and Netscape 1.0, a separate set of 'legacy' pages are generated when a Static help system is created. When a legacy browser such as IE 1.5 attempts to load a Static help system, the help system detects that it is an older browser and redirects to the Legacy version of the help system.
Legacy pages have '_legacy' added to the filename. welcome.htm (standard static help page) welcome_legacy.htm (legacy page)
