Dragging & Dropping Pages
Pages can be moved within the table of contents by dragging and dropping with your mouse. Pages can be dropped as either a child or a sibling. See examples below:
Dropping as a child To drop a page as a child of another page, move your mouse over the page until just the text is underlined and then release the mouse button.

Dropping as a sibling To drop a page as a sibling of another page, move your mouse over the page until both the icon and the text are underlined and then release the mouse button.
