Adding an External Page
What is an external page? An external page is a webpage, Word Document, PDF document etc. that is located outside of your project folder. A scenario where you might include an external page is if you have information such as a feature comparison on your website that you want to include in your help system.

Follow the instructions below to add an external page to your help system:
1. Open the Help System
2. If you are not already logged in, log in as an administrator with 'design' permissions.
3. Click the 'Add Page' icon.

4. Enter a name for the new page.
5. Enter the full URL to the external page.

6. Click OK to add the page.
7. The external page will be displayed.

Note: External pages are not editable so you'll notice that the editor toolbar will not be visible when external pages are displayed.
