HTML Snippets act as placeholders for html code that might change in the future. Some examples where HTML snippets may be used are:
Follow the instructions below to display the 'HTML Snippets' form.
1. Open the Help System
2. If you are not already logged in, log in as an administrator with 'tools' permissions.
3. Click the 'Tools' button 
4. Click 'HTML Snippets'
3. The 'HTML Snippets' form will be displayed.
4. To add a new snippet, click the 'Add Snippet' link.
5. When prompted, enter a name for the HTML Snippet and click 'OK'
6. The snippet editor will be displayed. This allows you to design the HTML snippet in a WYSIWYG environment. You can also switch to HTML code view.
7. Design the snippet. Click 'Save' to save changes and close the form.
